Stop renting attention.
Become the company your market already knows.

Dominator is a managed authority program. We take everything your company has legitimately earned — its history, people, credentials, projects, knowledge and community work — verify it, connect it and build it into a public record that customers, Google and AI assistants can find and trust.

  • One client per protected market
  • You own everything we build
  • Nothing invented, ever
The problem

Most businesses spend their entire digital life renting space in someone else's system.

They buy ads. They chase rankings. They publish another article, fight over the same keywords, watch competitors move above and below them — and pay again next month to compete for the same territory.

Who controls the attention you pay for

  • Google controls the ad inventory
  • Search algorithms control the rankings
  • Social platforms control distribution
  • Directories control placement
  • Lead companies control access to leads

The question Dominator asks instead

Not “how do we rank for this search?” but “how do we make this company unmistakably important in its market?”

The goal isn't one ranking. It's for your company to become difficult to research without encountering evidence of why it matters.

An example of what that's worth, from HVAC and plumbing: across 816 contractors and $14.9M in tracked ad spend, a customer who searched for the company by name cost about $104 to acquire. A customer who searched “near me” cost about $804 — for the same size job.1

You can't buy more of the first kind with a bigger ad budget. Branded demand only grows when more people already know who you are.

What Dominator is

Not a campaign. Managed authority infrastructure.

A durable system that organizes, connects, verifies and maintains what your company has earned — built to compound as new people, credentials, projects and relationships are added, rather than reset every month.

This is not SEO, advertising, a website redesign, quota-based content production, a temporary campaign, or unsupported promotion. This is managed authority infrastructure.

It isn't SEO

SEO works on getting a page to rank. We build the underlying facts that search engines, AI assistants and customers all rely on.

It isn't advertising

Advertising buys attention and stops when spending stops. Dominator develops evidence that keeps working.

It isn't content volume

No 500 interchangeable articles because a keyword tool found search volume. Everything is grounded in something real.

Built around truth

We don't invent authority. We find the authority conventional marketing overlooks.

A normal marketing intake asks what you sell, which keywords you want and who your competitors are. Dominator's intake goes much further — because businesses are remarkably bad at recognizing their own authority.

The founder forgets something from 2008. A partner wrote a paper fifteen years ago. Someone sits on a board. The company has quietly supported the same school for twelve years. There are awards nobody mentions anymore.

We go looking for all of it.

  • Who founded this company?
  • What difficult work has it completed?
  • What do your people know unusually well?
  • What licenses have they earned?
  • What have they written or taught?
  • Where have they spoken?
  • Who sits on a board, coaches or volunteers?
  • What charities and schools have you supported?
  • What awards have been forgotten?
  • What processes have you developed?
  • What do customers constantly ask?
  • What does your industry misunderstand?

And one more question: what hasn't this company done yet that it would be proud to have on that list a year from now? Dominator doesn't only document authority — it helps you earn more of it.

Your people

Professionals become assets, not biography pages.

Companies routinely waste the authority of the people who work for them.

How she appears online today

Jane Smith — Vice President

Jane joined the company in 2009 and leads operations. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.

[180 words total]

What's actually true

  • 25 years of experience, three degrees, six credentials
  • Industry memberships and board service
  • Conference talks, published work and interviews
  • Major projects and years of community involvement
  • Subjects she can explain better than almost anyone in your market

Dominator treats Jane as a real professional record: her education connects to her expertise, her credentials to the organizations that issued them, her work to the company, and her community involvement to real institutions. Multiply that across a team and your company's apparent depth changes considerably.

Evidence

Authority should behave like an audit trail, not an adjective.

Anybody can write “we are the leading experts.” We'd rather show why anyone should believe it — by connecting each claim to the university, licensing board, professional body, publication, project or organization behind it.

Evidence categories supporting authority claims: credentials and licenses, professional records, publications and articles, project history and cases, photographs and documentation, documented accomplishments, organizational records, and other supporting evidence.
A LICENSE

connects a professional to the authority that issued it.

A BOARD SEAT

connects a person to another organization with its own public record.

A PROJECT

connects the company to work it actually performed, with a date and a place.

Instead of one website claiming the company matters, a growing body of legitimate evidence says so — independently.

The system

Two authority structures. One stronger together.

Your company has authority. The professionals behind it have authority. Documented separately they're two partial records. Connected and maintained, they become compounding infrastructure.

Dominator runs a four-stage cycle: discover, establish, develop, maintain. Company authority and professional authority are connected into one compounding infrastructure understood across people, search, software, AI, professional platforms and external opportunities.
Discover, establish, develop, maintain.

Nine connected parts

01

Company foundation

The definitive factual record: services, locations, capabilities, history and market position.

02

Primary professional

The owner, founder or lead expert documented alongside the company itself.

03

Evidence and verification

Claims connected to licenses, certifications, awards, memberships, publications and projects.

04

Knowledge structure

Relationships mapped between people, organizations, services, places, credentials and facts.

05

Expertise discovered

Knowledge surfaced from interviews, training materials, presentations and past work.

06

Professional publishing

Expertise turned into interviews, commentary, educational resources and durable publications.

07

Service authority

Your most important services given their own supported, evidence-backed presence.

08

Relationship accuracy

Connections kept truthful as people join, leave and the business evolves.

09

Technical continuity

Structured data, publishing systems and measurement maintained over time.

Real-world value

Marketing money that does something worth talking about.

At some point, another generic article about your services has very little human value. So Dominator looks at the company itself.

If you tell us during onboarding that you want to be more involved with local schools, that isn't copy — it's an opportunity. Months later we bring it back and help make it real: sponsor a program, create a scholarship, recognize an exceptional teacher, help a nonprofit organize an event, and let local media know it happened.

The business did something worthwhile. The community benefited. There's now a real relationship, with photographs, announcements and organizational records behind it. Authority was earned because something worth recognizing actually happened.

The intake is a mirror, too

Companies regularly discover they've never written down their mission, that an executive sits on three boards, or that employees have supported the same organization for a decade.

The first reaction is usually “we've done a lot more than we realized.” The second is “look at what we could do next.” That's valuable before a search engine notices anything.

Search and AI

Search yourself in 90 days. You should see a different-looking company.

Not because we invented one — because the internet finally has the information about the company that was there all along.

What a search often shows today

  • Website
  • Facebook
  • A directory
  • A few reviews
  • Old irrelevant pages
  • Competitors

What it can grow into

  • The company
  • Its professionals
  • Credentials
  • Publications
  • Projects
  • Media
  • Community work
  • Relationships
  • Corroborating evidence

People now ask AI assistants the questions they used to type into a search box: who are the respected firms in this field, who specializes in this problem, who should I call?

Those systems answer from whatever information exists. A thin, scattered public record gives them little to work with. Dominator deliberately builds a richer factual environment — so that one day, when someone asks who leads your market, the evidence points to you.

Nobody can make an independent AI system or search engine say something on a deadline. What we control is building the strongest legitimate body of evidence we can.

Protected market position

We don't get paid by you to fight ourselves.

Most marketing companies have a conflict built into their business model: they take one client's money to beat a competitor, then take the competitor's money to do the same thing back.

Dominator is built around market protection. While your position is active, we don't provide the same advantage to a direct competitor in your protected category and service area. The boundaries are agreed in writing before you start, drawn around where you actually work.

Which changes the question. It isn't only whether you can afford Dominator. It's whether you're comfortable letting a direct competitor take the position first — because once it's held, it isn't available to anyone else in that market.

Dominator authority infrastructure: controlled knowledge, local reach and quality references.
Why it's an asset

A campaign spends. Dominator accumulates.

It compounds

A publication becomes part of a professional record. A school partnership becomes a second annual event, then a tradition. New authority attaches to existing authority, so year two is richer than year one.

You own it

Your accounts, website, professional identities, history and accumulated authority belong to your company. We manage and develop the system; we never hold your identity hostage.

It preserves memory

Employees leave, founders retire, websites get redesigned. Dominator keeps a structured record of who did what, when, and why it mattered — and keeps history truthful as things change.

It makes advertising work harder

Someone clicks your ad, then searches the company, the owner, the staff, the reviews — and increasingly asks an AI. Each of those moments either reinforces confidence or erodes it. Dominator works on the environment around the ad, so the attention you buy is worth more.

It's hard to copy

A competitor can copy your ad, your keywords, your software and your language. They can't copy your founder's history, your people's careers, your projects, relationships and years of earned recognition. To match it, they have to actually do the work.

How it works

Onboarding, then a structured 90-day build.

Technology handles the tedious work — organizing, transcribing, cross-referencing, structuring. People direct it and make every judgment call.

Onboarding · ~2 weeks

Intake and setup

Structured intake with the owner and key people, account access, territory confirmed in writing. Typically about two weeks, depending on the size of the organization and how quickly information is gathered.

Days 1–30

Inventory and baseline

We document what exists and capture exactly what a customer and an AI assistant find about you today. You receive a copy.

Days 31–60

Verify and build

Facts are confirmed against their sources, connected and published. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Days 61–90

Measure and plan

We rerun the same searches beside the baseline — results you can check yourself — and plan the next cycle.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this SEO?

No. SEO works on getting a page to rank. Dominator builds the underlying facts about your company — people, credentials, projects, history and relationships — that search engines, AI assistants and customers all rely on. It usually makes existing SEO and advertising perform better.

Do you guarantee rankings or results?

No. Search engines and AI assistants make their own decisions, and anyone who guarantees them isn't being straight with you. We commit to the work, the documentation and a measurable before-and-after you can check yourself.

What does onboarding involve, and how long does it take?

Onboarding is a one-time $2,500 fee and typically takes about two weeks, depending on the size of the organization and how quickly information and access can be gathered. It covers structured intake with the owner and key people, account access, and confirming your protected market in writing.

How much of our time does it take?

Most of it is at the start: intake conversations with the owner and key staff during onboarding, then reviewing and approving what we prepare. We handle the research, writing, structuring and publishing.

Will you publish anything that isn't true?

Never. Every claim is verified against its source and approved by you before it's published. No invented credentials, borrowed photos or fabricated reviews. The entire product depends on things being true.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Accounts, profiles, content and records belong to your company. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it.

How does market protection work?

While your position is active, we won't build Dominator for a direct competitor in your protected category and service area. The boundaries are agreed in writing before you start and drawn around where you actually work, not an arbitrary ZIP code.

Does this replace our marketing agency?

Usually not. Your agency runs campaigns. We build the record people find when they look you up afterward. The two work well together.

Is this done by AI?

AI helps with the tedious parts — organizing, transcribing, cross-referencing and structuring. People direct the work, verify every fact and make the judgment calls. The goal is to make real human accomplishment visible, not to replace it with generated filler.
